On October 7–9, 2026, the XXVII International Scientific and Practical Forum, “Theory and Practice of the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex and Rural Territories,” took place at the S. Z. Gzhytskyi Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies. Within the framework of the forum, international scientific and practical conferences were held, focusing on pressing issues regarding the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural territories.
Zhanna Oleksich, PhD and Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting at Sumy State University, participated in the conference “Organizational and Economic Mechanism for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex and Rural Territories.” She presented a paper titled “Developing a System of Human Capital Indicators for Agricultural Enterprises in the Context of Modern Non-Financial Reporting Requirements,” co-authored with Liudmyla Starchenko, PhD.
The study was conducted within the framework of the research project “Non-financial Reporting as a Tool for Assessing Human Capital” (Project No. 0126U001521), funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The study focuses on the development of a human capital indicator system that takes into account international reporting requirements and the specific characteristics of agricultural enterprises.
