The series of trainings “Generator of sustainable development ideas: EU lessons for Ukraine” continues as part of the implementation of the Jean Monet Erasmus + project

On April 18, 2023, the Department of Accounting and Taxation hosted the second training from the series “Sustainability Ideas Generator: EU Lessons for Ukraine” within the framework of the Jean Monet module project “Transparency. Accountability. Responsibility. Governance. Europe. Trust. Sustainability” financed by the Erasmus+ program (101085395— TARGETS — ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH). The event was dedicated to the impact of SDGs and Agroholding transparency on their performance.

The invited expert was Artem Rudychenko, a student in “Accounting and Taxation” at Sumy State University and a student at the University of Economics in Bratislava, EUBA Laureate of  of All-Ukrainian contest of the student’ scientific works 2022.

Artem shared his own experiences with the undergraduate students of the “Accounting and Taxation” and “Banking” specialties regarding the essence of socially responsible activity and the assessment of the role of Sustainable Development Goals for agricultural holdings. The results of a comparative analysis of the achievement of such goals by European and Ukrainian companies were presented.
