PFU informs that in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Mandatory State Social Insurance”, temporary disability benefits are paid to insured persons in the amount of 100 percent of the average salary (income) if they have more than 8 years of insurance experience.
In addition, temporary disability benefit in the amount of 100% of the average salary, regardless of the length of the acquired insurance experience, is paid:
– citizens assigned to 1 – 3 categories of persons who suffered as a result of the Chernobyl disaster;
– to one of the parents or a person who replaces them, who cares for a sick child under the age of 14, who suffered as a result of the Chernobyl disaster;
– to war veterans, injured participants of the Revolution of Dignity and family members of deceased (deceased) war veterans;
– to members of the families of fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine;
– persons classified as victims of Nazi persecution;
– donors who are entitled to a benefit;
– rehabilitated persons, victims of the repressions of the communist totalitarian regime of 1917 – 1991, who were subjected to repression in the form(s) of deprivation of liberty (imprisonment) or restriction of liberty or the forced unjustified placement of a healthy person in a psychiatric institution by the decision of an extrajudicial or other repressive body.
