On December 29-30, 2025, a series of seminars was held for the course “Internal audit of management systems up to DSTU ISO 19011:2019 (ISO 19011:2018, IDT)”. The speakers were the lecturers of the department: Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. Olena Kravchenko and Ph.D., Senior Lecturer Zhanna Oleksich. The training was held for the employees of the JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” in an online format.
Olena Kravchenko presented the next issues:
- Compliance with the international standard DSTU ISO 19011:2019 Establishing a procedure for conducting audits of management systems (ISO 19011:2018, IDT).
- Terminology according to the DSTU ISO 19011:2019 standard. Establishing a procedure for conducting audits of management systems (ISO 19011:2018, IDT).
- Basic principles and principles of conducting internal audits.
- Competencies and role of the internal auditor of the management system.
- Management system audit: goals, objectives and audit criteria.
- Types of internal audits and methods of conducting them.
Zhanna Oleksich revealed the following:
- Managing the audit process: planning, stages, replacement, collection and analysis of audit evidence.
- Organizational practices in auditing, teamwork and teamwork.
- Situations of identifying inconsistencies in the management system and responding to them.
- Issues related to auditing related to auditing.
- Monitoring the audit and preparing an action plan: corrective actions, recommendations, process of continuous improvement.
Listeners were provided with the necessary normative, methodical documentation and presentation and lecture materials (in electronic form) for learning.
