Participation in the work of the Methodological Expert Council

On January 19, 2026, Associate Professor of the Department Olena Kravchenko participated in the third meeting of the Methodological Expert Council, dedicated to discussing methodological recommendations for improving the algorithms of the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet in the context of the State Strategies for 2026 and new accounting requirements.

The meeting considered the role of the Electronic Cabinet as a key tool for digitalizing tax administration, automatic control, and implementing state reforms in the field of accounting. The discussion blocks discussed business risks associated with the current algorithms of the system, their compliance with the new approach to tax audit, issues of implementing SAF-T UA, as well as problems of integrating the requirements of the Electronic Cabinet with ERP systems.

Special attention was paid to state strategies for 2026 and the transition to data-driven tax control, the identification of critical data for tax supervision, and the impact of new requirements on the organization of accounting and training of specialists.

The results of the meeting outlined the directions for preparing a draft of methodological recommendations for improving the algorithms of the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet and analytical material for further publication.
