In 2023, entrants can submit no more than 5 applications for places of state and regional order (budget) for open and closed (fixed) competitive offers, and up to 15 applications for non-budget competitive offers (contract), total no more than 20 applications.
The entrant must give (assign) a certain priority to each application for budget places. In total, the entrant can define 5 priorities.
Priority is the sequence of applications (from 1 to 5, where 1 is an indicator of the most priority application), which determines the sequence of consideration of the application when applying for budget places. The priority of applications specified by the entrant cannot be changed after the application has been submitted.
A higher education institution may provide for the establishment of local priorities in its admission rules. The procedure for applying local priority is determined by the Admission Rules of the relevant institution of higher education with mandatory publication of the procedure for their application. Priority is applied only during the competitive selection for studies for budget places.
Submission of applications will continue from July 19 to 31.
