PARTICIPATION OF STUDENTS OF THE SPECIALTY “ACCOUNTING AND TAXATION” IN A SERIES OF PRACTICAL WEBINARS

From 18.03.2024 to 20.03.2024, students of the 2nd year within the discipline “Organization of your own business: accounting and taxation” joined a series of practical webinars on the topic “Top 3 mistakes of accountants”.

Webinars were conducted by leading speakers Mykhailo Smokovych and Liubov Romanchuk.

Webinar participants considered three basic areas: “Mistakes for which PEs are fined millions of hryvnias”, “5 steps that need to be checked for each PE every month” and “Problematic issues of registration of employees in PEs”.

During this seminar, students had the opportunity to receive practical, up-to-date information on the following issues:

✔️ What can PEs be fined for in 2024? How to work without fines?

✔️ Penalties for transfers from card to card. Responsibility for receipt of proceeds to personal accounts.

✔️ Financial monitoring. What is controlled and how to work with it?

✔️ Introduction of the military levy for the PE: when and to whom to expect these changes?

✔️ We analyze bank statements for the month: income limit, work on SICC, return.

✔️ Summary of data from (P)PRO for cash and terminal: how not to duplicate income and check the names of goods and services?

✔️ Tax payment: a convenient dashboard and checking of the electronic cabinet

✔️ Primary documents: what is recommended for every PE to have and collect every month?

✔️ Other non-standard operations: loans, grants, deposits, corporate card payments, payments to individuals – it is important to identify them in time.

✔️ Employees and (P)RRO: EDS for sellers, mix of “cashier-seller” positions, financial responsibility.

✔️ One employee for several PE: how not to issue?

✔️ “Floating” work schedule at the PE: how to hire an employee, set wages and calculate monthly salary?
