We continue our cooperation with #CIMA.
On July 24, 2026, Senior Lecturer Olesia Miroshnychenko participated in an information webinar dedicated to a new joint initiative by AICPA & CIMA and First Intuition International, designed specifically for university students in Ukraine studying under the CIMA-accredited program.
This initiative offers students a fast, accessible, and effective pathway to obtaining an internationally recognized professional qualification—the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting (Cert BA).
The webinar covered the following topics:
– a new pathway to obtaining the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting (Cert BA) for students from accredited universities;
– exclusive participation opportunities for students and recent graduates;
– how to obtain the Cert BA by passing just one exam (BA2 – Fundamentals of Management Accounting) through academic exemptions granted to CIMA-accredited universities;
– free student registration with CIMA;
– a special offer for study support from First Intuition International;
– international study resources and comprehensive student support;
– two models for program delivery at the university:
– use of a ready-made Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) from First Intuition;
– delivery of training via the university’s own branded learning platform;
– practical recommendations for promoting the program and encouraging student participation.
The webinar addressed the practical aspects of implementing this initiative and discussed how it can help students significantly accelerate their path toward obtaining an international professional qualification and building a successful career in finance and management accounting.
