During martial law, performing work under the conditions of non-fixed working hours does not entail restrictions on the scope of labor rights of employees. That is, annual basic leave is granted to employees with a duration of at least 24 calendar days per working year, which starts from the day the employment contract is concluded.
Persons under the age of 18 are granted annual basic leave of 31 calendar days.
For some categories of employees, the legislation of Ukraine may provide for a different duration of annual basic leave (for example, teaching staff).
