As part of the virtual mobility of the department, a lecture was held with Kaya Pierce-Grove. Kaya currently works as the Regional Early Talent Development Manager for Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain at Johnson Controls (EMEALA). Overall, she is a staff development and career development specialist with over 20 years of experience in various fields.
According to Kaya, the past decade of her career has focused on helping graduates and companies bridge the gap between university and the workforce. Recognizing that people are the backbone of any organization, the strategic early career development programs she develops have created loyal, engaged employees at all levels while saving millions of dollars. As Kaya herself says, she: “makes money for business by solving problems and providing a workforce that is ready for the future.”
As part of the lecture, Kaya shared interesting information about the possibilities of increasing the level of competence of accountants and auditors in international companies, and also provided several effective methods for establishing mutual understanding between the employee and the employer.
Grateful you Kaya for the interesting and useful information!
