Probationary period of the employee during the war: what are the nuances?

According to Art. 27 of the Labor Code, the probationary period for employment, unless otherwise established by the legislation of Ukraine, may not exceed three months, and in individual cases, upon agreement with the relevant elected body of the primary trade union organization, six months.
