PRACTICE-ORIENTED WORKSHOP “PREREQUISITES FOR A SUCCESSFUL GRANT APPLICATION” WITHIN THE ERASMUS+ PROJECT

On March 28, 2024, a practical workshop “Prerequisites for a successful grant application: evaluation by the grantor” was organized as part of the Jean Monnet module “EU experience in increasing youth employability through skills development”.
The event, organized by Doctor of Economics, Professor Nataliia Vynnychenko and expert practitioner Yulia Bodashevska, a lawyer and grant manager with many years of experience in international donor organizations, brought together participants (undergraduate, graduate students and faculty of the Department of Accounting and Taxation) to discuss key aspects of preparing and submitting grant applications.
The participants had a unique opportunity to familiarize themselves with the basic concepts and principles underlying grant activities. Experts provided valuable advice and recommendations on preparing grant applications, revealed key aspects of grantor evaluation of applications and provided practical tools to improve efficiency in this area.
The seminar was an important step in the ERASMUS+ project “EU experience for increasing youth employability through the development of professional skills”, which helps prepare young professionals for international employment and provides them with the opportunity to develop the necessary skills to successfully enter the modern labor market.
The project is funded by the European Union and supported by the European Executive Agency for Education and Culture (EACEA), which demonstrates the importance and relevance of the initiative for youth development in Ukraine.
