On May 12, 2026, Tetiana Ruhal, the student of the Department of Accounting and Taxation, took part in the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference “INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC RELATIONS AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT”.
The conference was dedicated to modern challenges and prospects for the development of international economic relations, sustainable development, global transformations and interdisciplinary approaches to solving socio-economic problems. In addition to Ukrainian universities, the event was attended by UTM (Moldova), NVU (Georgia).
Tetiana presented a report “Human Capital Measurement in Enterprise Management: A Comparative Analysis and Integrated Approach”. The student is working within the framework of the research project “Non-financial reporting as a tool for assessing human capital”. Scientific supervisor – PhD, Associate Professor Zhanna Oleksich. In her report, Tetiana focused on the following issues:
– why the problem of assessing human capital is critically important today;
– why existing methods have significant limitations;
– why a comprehensive approach is the most effective for a modern enterprise.
The report aroused lively interest among the participants. The conference became a platform for the exchange of ideas, presentation of research results, and professional discussion among scientists, practitioners, young researchers, and students.
