PARTICIPATION OF THE STUDENT AND PhD STUDENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTING AND TAXATION IN THE ERASMUS+ YOUTH EXCHANGE

From June 13 to 19, student and PhD student of the Department of Accounting and Taxation Alona Badai and Mariia Solodukha took part in the youth exchange on business planning “The good, the bad and the ugly of being an entrepreneur” (Poland), implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.
Participants from Georgia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Albania, Germany, Lithuania, Romania, Spain, Slovenia, and Ukraine took part in the exchange.
The participants analyzed practical cases of companies, analyzed the state of the business environment in different countries, created a business plan for the production of unique products, analyzed business risks, and determined the profitability of investing in certain types of activities using real-life cases.
Particularly impressive was the meeting with the entrepreneur Mr. Marcen, who shared his own experience and interesting ideas on self-development and improving public speaking skills. The interesting presentation of information turned the learning process into an exciting game that we did not want to end.
We hope that the experience gained will be useful in their future professional careers.
