On March 30, 2026, Associate Professor of the Department Olena Kravchenko participated in the fifth meeting of the Methodological Expert Council, which was dedicated to the current issues of digitalization of accounting and auditing.
The event included a discussion of the topic from Linkos Group: “What is SAF-T in simple words and how can businesses prepare for a digital audit?”
The speaker of the event was Maryna Kondratіuk, head of the Linkos Group Training Center, who detailed the specifics of implementing the SAF-T standard in Ukraine and provided practical recommendations for preparing businesses for a digital audit. Particular attention was paid to practical aspects of SAF-T UA implementation by Ukrainian businesses, interaction between accounting departments and IT departments, and issues of integration of various information systems. The introduction of electronic audit (e-audit) and new approaches to tax audits were also discussed.
The meeting became an important platform for discussing modern challenges regarding the implementation of digital tools that shape the new quality of financial information. Participants had the opportunity to discuss the prospects for the development of digital audit and the adaptation of Ukrainian business to the new requirements of the regulatory environment.
