On November 12, 2019, a meeting with representatives of the Baker Tilly Audit Company (including Tatiana Kravchuk, a graduate of the Department of Accounting and Taxation)with students, including students of the specialty “Accounting and Taxation” took place at the Sumy State University.
Baker Tilly is an independent Ukrainian company providing audit, business consulting, independent appraisal, accounting and management services; one of the leaders in the national market, an independent member of the international network Baker Tilly International.
In addition, the company has extensive and unique experience in the practice of providing confidence services for Ukrainian business, including:audit of financial statements, including projects related to the company’s entry into international financial markets;M&A projects;consolidation and transformation of financial statements into international and US accounting standards;working with international financial institutions.
Representatives of Baker Tilly spoke about the company as a whole, focusing on the specifics of working conditions, social package and career opportunities. At the end of the meeting, students were given an opportunity to participate in testing in logic, English and professional skills, which will result in the formation of a list of potential candidates for the subsequent stages of selection for employment in the company.Some students from the Master’s Program “Accounting, Auditing and Taxation in International Business” participated at this test.
