The Pension Fund of Ukraine says that the Law of Ukraine dated November 4, 2022 No. 2734-IX “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Simplifying the Mechanism for Participation in Mandatory State Pension Insurance” only supplements and expands the mechanism for voluntary participation in mandatory state pension insurance.
All the features and capabilities that were available in the voluntary participation system before are still available now.
In order to supplement the seniority for the previous period, it is necessary to conclude an Agreement on the voluntary payment of a single contribution with the tax service body at the place of residence.
