An employee, while abroad, can resign at his own will, for which he must write a corresponding application and must specify the date of resignation. You can submit an application by sending its original by international mail to the official address of the employer or by sending a photocopy signed with an electronic digital signature to his official e-mail.
After receiving the application, the employer must issue an order specifying the date of dismissal, make an entry in the labor book, if it is kept in it, and return it to the employee together with a copy of the order. In the application for dismissal, the employee should immediately be asked to send copies of the dismissal order and the entry in the employment book to e-mail. The originals of the documents can be sent later by mail or received after returning to Ukraine.
