The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine says that the subsidy is provided based on the person’s actual place of residence. At the same time, the conclusion of a housing rental (lease) contract is not required, and the composition of the household is indicated by the applicant in the declaration.
Where to apply?
To receive a subsidy, IDPs can apply in person to one of the specified bodies:
- an authorized official of the executive body of the village, settlement, city council of the relevant territorial community;
- center for providing administrative services;
- service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
Housing subsidy can also be issued electronically by choosing one of the following services:
- “Diya” portal,
- PFU electronic services web portal,
- mobile application of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. You can download it for Android and IOS.
What documents are required to receive a subsidy?
- Application for the appointment of a subsidy (according to the established form).
- Declaration of income and expenses (according to the established form).
- Data on household residents.
- Passport, registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card.
- Certificate of IDP status.
Attention! The amount of assistance depends on the cost of housing and communal services used by the family and on the level of its income. At the same time, housing assistance provided to IDPs is not included in the total income when assigning a housing subsidy.
