HOW CAN AN APPLICANT FROM TOT ENTER A UNIVERSITY WITHOUT A DOCUMENT OF GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION COMPLETION?

The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine says that if an entrant from the temporarily occupied territory does not have documents on complete general secondary education, he must first complete the state final certification as an external student.

For this, it is necessary to submit an application to one of the educational centers: “Crimea – Ukraine” or “Donbas – Ukraine”. They are created on the basis of institutions of higher or professional pre-higher education, where the applicant plans to enter. The institution chosen for admission will direct him to the attached school.

You can also take the attestation online by conducting a remote interview with video recording.

After that, the applicant must submit the following documents to the educational center:

  • application for admission;
  • 2020-2021 EIA or NMT certificate;
  • a certificate of registration of IDPs;
  • an identity document (if not available, a birth certificate);
  • 4 color photos 3×4 sm in size;
  • certificate of successful completion of state certification.

You can also submit them online by sending them to the e-mail address of the chosen educational center.

In general, the 2023 admission campaign takes place in two stages: the first – from July 19 to 31 (enrollment for the budget), the second – until September 23 (enrollment for the contract).
