Does the employee have the right to independently choose a bank for receiving salary?

Payment of wages can be made through bank institutions, by postal transfers to the account (address) specified by the employees, with mandatory payment of these services at the employer’s expense with the employee’s personal written consent, in which the employee indicates the name of the bank. In the absence of such consent, the employer must ensure the payment of wages to the employee at the place of work.
