The Department of Accounting and Taxation is launching a new educational course, “Transparency, Accountability, and Sustainable Business Development on the Path to EU Integration,” within the framework of the Jean Monnet module “Transparency. Accountability. Responsibility. Governance. Europe. Trust. Sustainability”, funded by the Erasmus+ program (101085395 – TARGETS – ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH).

Course participants will learn about:
- Conceptual foundations and legislative standards within the EU sustainable development system.
- Modern tools for financing sustainable development, transparency, and benchmarking in the EU.
- Sustainability reporting practices and the best examples of promoting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the EU.
Teaching methodology:
The course incorporates interactive lectures, case studies, group work, discussions, idea pitching, portfolio methods, and virtual excursions.

📍 March 14, 2025 – Sustainability standards and regulatory landscape
📍 March 18, 2025 – Sustainability accounting, reporting, and transparency in the EU and Ukraine
📍 March 19, 2025 – Sustainability reporting assurance and verification practices
📍 March 26, 2025 – Specific tools for financing sustainable development
📍 March 27, 2025 – Sustainability benchmarks in the EU and Ukraine
Upon successful completion of the program, each participant will receive a certificate for 5 ECTS credits as part of the massive online course.
