A SERIES OF PRACTICE-ORIENTED WORKSHOPS WITHIN THE ERASMUS+ PROJECT’S IDEA LAB

During March-May 2024, a series of practice-oriented seminars on the prerequisites for a successful grant application: evaluation by the grantor, project information, project promotion, financial and budget planning in international projects, organized within the framework of the Jean Monnet Ideas Lab of the Jean Monnet Module “EU Experiences for Enhancing Youth Employability through Professional Skills Development”, took place.
The events were organized and conducted by Doctor of Economics, Professor Natalia Vynnychenko, with the involvement of practitioner Yulia Bodashevska, a lawyer and grant manager with many years of experience in the field of international donor organizations). Students, postgraduates and professors of the Department of Accounting and Taxation were invited to the event to improve their grant management skills.
Participants had a unique opportunity to learn about the basic concepts and principles underlying grant activities. Experts provided valuable advice and recommendations on preparing grant applications, revealed key aspects of the grantor’s evaluation of applications and provided practical tools to improve efficiency in this area.

The seminar was an important step in the ERASMUS+ project “EU Experiences for Enhancing Youth Employability through Professional Skills Development”, which helps prepare young professionals for international employment and provides them with the opportunity to develop the necessary skills to successfully enter the modern labor market.
The project is funded by the European Union and supported by the European Executive Agency for Education and Culture (EACEA), which demonstrates the importance and relevance of the initiative for youth development in Ukraine.
