On May 12, 2026, Tetiana Ruhal, the student of the Department of Accounting and Taxation, took part in the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference “INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC RELATIONS AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT”.<\/p>\n
The conference was dedicated to modern challenges and prospects for the development of international economic relations, sustainable development, global transformations and interdisciplinary approaches to solving socio-economic problems. In addition to Ukrainian universities, the event was attended by UTM (Moldova), NVU (Georgia).<\/p>\n
Tetiana presented a report \u201cHuman Capital Measurement in Enterprise Management: A Comparative Analysis and Integrated Approach\u201d. The student is working within the framework of the research project \u201cNon-financial reporting as a tool for assessing human capital\u201d. Scientific supervisor \u2013 PhD, Associate Professor Zhanna Oleksich. In her report, Tetiana focused on the following issues:<\/p>\n
– why the problem of assessing human capital is critically important today;<\/p>\n
– why existing methods have significant limitations;<\/p>\n
– why a comprehensive approach is the most effective for a modern enterprise.<\/p>\n
