On December 29-30, 2025, a series of seminars was held for the course \u201cInternal audit of management systems up to DSTU ISO 19011:2019 (ISO 19011:2018, IDT)\u201d. The speakers were the lecturers of the department: Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. Olena Kravchenko and Ph.D., Senior Lecturer Zhanna Oleksich. The training was held for the employees of the JSC \u201cUkrzaliznytsia\u201d in an online format.<\/p>\n

Olena Kravchenko presented the next issues:<\/p>\n

  1. Compliance with the international standard DSTU ISO 19011:2019 Establishing a procedure for conducting audits of management systems (ISO 19011:2018, IDT).<\/li>\n
  2. Terminology according to the DSTU ISO 19011:2019 standard. Establishing a procedure for conducting audits of management systems (ISO 19011:2018, IDT).<\/li>\n
  3. Basic principles and principles of conducting internal audits.<\/li>\n
  4. Competencies and role of the internal auditor of the management system.<\/li>\n
  5. Management system audit: goals, objectives and audit criteria.<\/li>\n
  6. Types of internal audits and methods of conducting them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Zhanna Oleksich revealed the following:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Managing the audit process: planning, stages, replacement, collection and analysis of audit evidence.<\/li>\n
    2. Organizational practices in auditing, teamwork and teamwork.<\/li>\n
    3. Situations of identifying inconsistencies in the management system and responding to them.<\/li>\n
    4. Issues related to auditing related to auditing.<\/li>\n
    5. Monitoring the audit and preparing an action plan: corrective actions, recommendations, process of continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Listeners were provided with the necessary normative, methodical documentation and presentation and lecture materials (in electronic form) for learning.<\/p>\n
