Accountability. Responsibility. Governance. Europe. Trust. Sustainability\u201d, funded by the Erasmus+ programme (101085395 \u2013 TARGETS \u2013 ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH).<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s forum focused on the theme <strong>\u201cTransparency and Accountability in Rossmann: The Experience of a Leading European Retailer\u201d<\/strong>, which attracted a wide range of participants, including scholars, business representatives, students, and experts on sustainable development and European integration.<\/p>\n<p>The event showcased effective implementation of transparency and corporate accountability standards in the operations of <strong>Rossmann<\/strong>, one of Europe\u2019s largest retail companies.<\/p>\n<p>The special guest of the forum was <strong>Natalia Sirkovska<\/strong>, CFO of Rossmann, who shared the company\u2019s practical experience in implementing European principles of responsible management.<\/p>\n<p>The event was organized by:<\/p>\n<p>Dr. of Sc., Prof. <strong>Makarenko Inna<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ph.D., associate professor\u00a0<strong>Serpeninova Yuliya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ph.D., senior lecturer\u00a0<strong>Oleksich Zhanna<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The forum was held in an <strong>online format<\/strong> and became an effective platform for exchanging ideas, establishing professional connections, and discussing the challenges related to implementing European approaches to corporate governance.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to sincerely thank all participants for their active involvement, constructive dialogue, and joint efforts toward the sustainable development of business in Ukraine!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>This research <\/em><em>wa<\/em><em>s<\/em><em> funded by the European Union.
