On March 26-27,\u00a0Associate Professor of the Department of Accounting and Taxation, Alina Vysochyna<\/a><\/i>, as part of the delegation from Sumy State University, took part in the Forum of the Alliance of Ukrainian Universities, held at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.<\/span><\/div>\n
The Forum was organized into three thematic panels: “Talent Management”, “Strategic Change Management” and “Financial Sustainability Management”, and the final part was organized in the format of a “world cafe” dedicated to the dilemmas of university management. As part of the first panel, Alina Vysocina presented a successful case of Sumy State University on building a system of motivational mechanisms for the development of teachers and employees. In addition, during the Forum, participants had the opportunity to exchange views and share experiences on important issues in the field of human resource management and talent acquisition, the role of Supervisory Boards in the context of managing strategic changes in universities, finding effective tools to ensure the financial sustainability of higher education institutions, prospects and challenges of business-university cooperation, etc.<\/span><\/div>\n
Participation in the Forum of the Alliance of Ukrainian Universities allowed us to join the discussion of pressing issues in the field of higher education, as well as promoted effective networking for further cooperation!<\/span><\/div>\n
