From 18.03.2024 to 20.03.2024, students of the 2nd year within the discipline “Organization of your own business: accounting and taxation” joined a series of practical webinars on the topic “Top 3 mistakes of accountants”.<\/p>\n
Webinars were conducted by leading speakers Mykhailo Smokovych and Liubov Romanchuk.<\/p>\n
Webinar participants considered three basic areas: “Mistakes for which PEs are fined millions of hryvnias”, “5 steps that need to be checked for each PE every month” and “Problematic issues of registration of employees in PEs”.<\/p>\n
During this seminar, students had the opportunity to receive practical, up-to-date information on the following issues:<\/p>\n
\u2714\ufe0f What can PEs be fined for in 2024? How to work without fines?<\/p>\n
\u2714\ufe0f Penalties for transfers from card to card. Responsibility for receipt of proceeds to personal accounts.<\/p>\n
\u2714\ufe0f Financial monitoring. What is controlled and how to work with it?<\/p>\n
\u2714\ufe0f Introduction of the military levy for the PE: when and to whom to expect these changes?<\/p>\n
\u2714\ufe0f We analyze bank statements for the month: income limit, work on SICC, return.<\/p>\n
\u2714\ufe0f Summary of data from (P)PRO for cash and terminal: how not to duplicate income and check the names of goods and services?<\/p>\n
\u2714\ufe0f Tax payment: a convenient dashboard and checking of the electronic cabinet<\/p>\n
\u2714\ufe0f Primary documents: what is recommended for every PE to have and collect every month?<\/p>\n
\u2714\ufe0f Other non-standard operations: loans, grants, deposits, corporate card payments, payments to individuals – it is important to identify them in time.<\/p>\n
\u2714\ufe0f Employees and (P)RRO: EDS for sellers, mix of “cashier-seller” positions, financial responsibility.<\/p>\n
\u2714\ufe0f One employee for several PE: how not to issue?<\/p>\n
\u2714\ufe0f “Floating” work schedule at the PE: how to hire an employee, set wages and calculate monthly salary?<\/p>\n
