16.03.2023 – an online presentation of the SAP program was held for teachers and students of the Department of Accounting and Taxation as a part of the educational programs “Accounting and Taxation”, “Accounting and Audit” and within the disciplines “Information Systems and Technologies in Accounting and Taxation”, “Management Information Systems”.<\/p>\n
The speaker is the accountant of the branch of the Konotop district of electrical networks of JSC “Sumyoblenerho”, Olha Kozachenkova.<\/p>\n
Mrs. Olha presented the program for optimizing the work of enterprises – the development of the German company – SAP. The abbreviation SAP, translated from German, stands for: “System Analysis and Software Development”. With the help of SAP, it is possible to increase the efficiency of the enterprise by automating operations that employees had to perform manually, such as: accounting, planning, management of company resources. Mrs. Olga demonstrated the main modules and mechanisms of the software’s functioning.<\/p>\n
During the presentation, the advantages of SAP were emphasized:<\/p>\n
– reducing the probability of errors<\/p>\n
– relevance, as it takes into account the experience of successful enterprises<\/p>\n
– supports different languages \u200b\u200band currencies, which is important for corporations with offices in different countries<\/p>\n
