The good news: from now on, there is no annual confirmation of information about the UBO (Article 17-1 was removed from the Law on State Registration). However, the submission of information about the UBO in the case of individual registration actions remains, but the following concepts are introduced: information about the UBO, ownership structure, and information about the UBO and the ownership structure.
