The project took place from the 5<sup>th<\/sup> to the 13<sup>th<\/sup> of November, 2021 in Sumy (hosted by Center for Euroinitiatives).<\/p><p>Youthpass is a project funded by Erasmus+. Youth workers and leaders come together for several days to develop their knowledge, skills, attitudes on a certain theme. The methods used were based on non-formal education and experimental learning (group work, discussions, brainstorming, role-play situations, reflection groups etc.).<\/p><p>The aim of the project is to explore the causes and consequences of youth unemployment in rural and deprived urban areas, to train an international group of youth workers to become coaches for young people with fewer opportunities, to support organizations with the innovative tools aimed at youth development, to promote international cooperation in the field\u00a0 of youth work.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations to the Associate Professor of the Chair of Accounting and Taxation Oleh Skorba on the successful completion of the training course \u201cEmployment Coaching for Youth with Fewer Opportunities\u201d.
